12月19日讯 16年前的今天，积臣成为CBA联赛历史上首个6000分外籍球员。

2008年12月19日，广东宏远111-101浙江广厦建设，广东外援积臣拿到12分，个人CBA联赛总得分上升到6001分。积臣不仅是广东宏远篮球俱乐部队史唯一总得分超6000的外籍球员，同时也是CBA联赛首个突破6000分大关的外籍球员。

积臣从1998-1999赛季开始在CBA联赛效力、2008-2009赛季是最后一个赛季，共计10个赛季，是当时效力CBA联赛时间最久的外援。效力CBA联赛期间，积臣共计出战383场比赛，共取得6721分、3908篮板、477助攻、639抢断、349盖帽。
